How long does the booking process take?

It can take anytime from 24 – 72 hours. Once you have made payment, you will receive your confirmation voucher. If you made a deposit, final payment is due 14 days before your travel date. Please make your payment at the time stipulated to prevent your reservation being canceled.

What methods of payment accepted?

We accept credit cards, visa debit cards, gift cards bank transfers, and paypal (on a case by case basis).

Please note that credit card & paypal transactions incurs a 5% transaction fee.

Why do you have a credit card/paypal fee?

The reason we have a card fee is that the financial platform charges us a fee, as we do not add anything to the rates offered to you, we cannot absorb the fees charged.

Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?

Sure you can, just let your Advisor know and we can execute your request.
