Group Travel

Group travel, handled.

Reunions, milestone birthdays, girls' trips, chapter retreats, weddings and corporate offsites — placed with resorts that want your group, on terms you will not get booking it yourself.

Group RatesNegotiated directly with the resort, with concessions your size qualifies for.
Separate PaymentsEveryone books individually. The organiser never becomes the treasurer.
One ContactA real person from enquiry through to arrival day.
How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

I

Tell us the occasion and the month

That is all we need to begin. Not a final headcount, not a deposit, not a decision from everyone in your group chat.

II

We check availability and negotiate the block

We go to the resort directly, then come back with per-person pricing, the deposit to hold it, and the date the rooms release if they are not taken.

III

Everyone books themselves

Each traveller gets their own link and their own payment schedule. You pick the place and the dates and tell your people.

Begin here

Start your group request

About three minutes. Please only complete it if you are serious about travelling — we hold real room blocks based on what you send us.

Before you ask

Three things worth knowing

I don't have ten friends.

Group rates are quoted on rooms, not people. Couples count as one. Most groups reach the threshold with about sixteen to twenty travellers, and family reunions clear it without trying.

What happens if people drop out?

Everyone books individually under the block, so a cancellation is that person's reservation and that person's deposit terms. It does not land on the organiser. We walk you through the attrition terms in writing before anyone signs anything.

Do I need everyone to confirm first?

No, and we would gently advise against it. Nobody can hold rooms while you poll your group. Hold a block with a small deposit and a named release date, then let people decide against real rooms at a real price.

One more thing

You are always the one planning the group trip.

You make the chat. You pick the dates. You answer forty questions about whether the beach is walkable. You already do the job — you simply do not get paid for it.

Rather just talk?

Two questions and we can check availability.

What you are celebrating, and roughly what month. That is enough to tell you whether it is possible before you ask anyone to commit.
