This website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering information and reserving our various services. Expressionz Travels is an independent company licensed to market and distribute travel products under the “SHEER EXPRESSIONZ LLC” brand name and arrange for the vacation services offered on this website and through social media and other advertising portals.
Any travel services, vacation or carnival packages offered through any of these services constitutes a contractual agreement between you and SHEER EXPRESSIONZ LLC. These Terms and Conditions apply in relation to hotels, flight deals, cruises, excursions, tours, vacation and carnival packages and any other services that may be offered by Us on Our Website and or Social Media. The submission of your booking signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, hereby referred to as the contract.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) along with our FAQ and Privacy Policy sets out the agreement between Sheer Expressionz doing business as expressionztravels.com and its users who access our website (“Users”).
The terms “we,” “us”, “our” and “SE” refers to Expressionz Travels ; a company registered in both the United States and Jamaica. The term “User” and “you” refers to the User, who may be accessing the website.

1.1 SE is a registered company; by accessing or using Our Website in any manner, constitutes a deemed agreement to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the agreement carefully.
1.2 If you are not competent to enter into a valid and binding contract with SE under the applicable laws and do not accept any or all the terms and conditions, please discontinue using Our Website.
1.3 We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion to change or otherwise modify these Terms without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified contents. We kindly request that you refer to this page periodically to view the latest terms and conditions.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions apply in relation to excursions, tours, hotel services, carnival packages and any other services that may be offered by Us on Our Website and or Social Media. The submission of your booking signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, hereby referred to as the contract.

2.1 You will not use the web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

3.1 Information on the website is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed to be free from errors.
3.2 We strive to provide you with the latest and most up-to-date information at all times. The items offered under the tours are carried out by a third party, SE offers you the convenience of never having to worry about the finer details of your trip and enables you to maximize your enjoyment.
3.3 All prices on the website are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Promotions listed on the website can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Booking a Tour or Reserving a Package
4.1 The website is able to collect payments to allow you to book your tour or reserve your package.
4.2 Where a payment is not directly required, by clicking the submit button, it is deemed as entering in a lawfully binding contract which means that you must complete the process by making the agreed payment when the invoice is sent to you, which is within 24 hours of receiving your request or via the payment method selected.
- Terms governing Carnival Packages
5.1 We offer three payment options for our Carnival Packages; if you select a plan at the initial time of booking, you will have to follow through with that option unless you would have requested a change via email and permission granted in writing.
5.2 Any payment plan selected, payments due must be paid at the time stipulated.
5.2a Payment Option 1 – full Payment upon Booking
5.2b. Payment Option 2 – Three Equal Installments minus deposit on the dates stipulated in the initial invoice
5.3b Payment Option 3 – Equal monthly payments minus deposit on the dates specified in the initial invoice
5.3 For all Packages, Deposit will be voided: Any payment made after that may be refunded minus a 30% booking fee, once the payment has not been used in the purchase of tickets or costumes. These payments are goverened by the supplier’s policy which will eb communicated to you.
5.4 For reservations less than a month, payment must be made in full.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO ATTEND AN EVENT ARRANGED AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. IF YOU SELECTED A COSTUME AND AT THE POINT OF RECEIPT YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. SE IS A THIRD-PARTY ORGANIZER AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF EVENTS OR COSTUMES. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ALLEVIATE CONCERNS, BUT WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR VARIATION IN QUALITY.
6. Terms governing Hotel Only Reservations
6.1 For Hotel only bookings, all deposits are non refundable; this means that your deposit will be able to be used for a future reservation but will not be refunded. This is in effect immediately once payment is made.
6.2 Any cancellations from the time of your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date will incur a 10% cancellation fee regardless of the type of hotel. This 10% will be of the total communicated to you at the time of booking.
6.3 For cancellations done less than 7 days, the cancellation fee will equate to a 1 night cost for your selected hotel.
6.4 Please note that the terms laid out in 6.1 – 6.3 is Sheer Expressionz cancellation policy and is independent of the selected hotel’s cancellation policy. Please be advised that the hotel may have their own cancellation policy which we are also obligated to accept. Where a booking is completely non-refundable, this will supercede Expressionz Travels cancellation policy.
7. Payment Plans for Hotel Only Reservations
7.1 Hotel bookings may be done with a 30%, 50% deposit or Full Payment. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Where the balance is not paid at the stipulated due date, we reserve the right to cancel said booking and no monies will be refunded.
7.2 If your stay date is less than 14 days, balance will be due 7 days prior to your stay.
7.3 If your stay is 7 days or less, full payment is required.
7.4 We will not be held resposnible for the quality of your stay.
7.5 The information sent to us will be what is used to book your stay and we will not be responsible for incorrect information provided.
8. Terms governing Tours & Excursions
8.1 For cancellations by guests, cancellation charges will apply based on the following:
8.1a 7 Days or less: No Refund | Some tours, Escorted Tours are non-refundable
8.1b 7 Days or More: 10 % Cancellation fee
8.2 The terms and conditions that guides Tours & Excursions is independent of suppliers Terms, where a reservation is non-refundable, it will supercede the existing terms.
9. Terms governing Flight Only Reservations
9.1 All flight ticketing are non-refundable and tickets are non-transferrable. Changes will only be accommodated in accordance with the regulations of the specific airline.
9.2 Booking fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
10. Terms governing Vacation Consultations
10.2 Given the fact that we are quoting on behalf of suppliers, we cannot guarantee the rate will be the same after the initial quotation has been sent.
10.3 If a client does not approve the quotation, the client will have to pay another fee to get an updated rate whenever they are ready to proceed to payment.
11. Terms governing Vacation Packages Reservations
11.1 All vacation packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Changes will only be accommodated in accordance with the regulations of the specific airline.
11.2 In the event that you do not make the final payment at the stipulated time, we reserve the right to cancel your package in accordance to thr policies laid out in this policy file.
11.3 Booking fees will not be refunded even if the supplier has agreed to refund you based on their terms.
12. Refund Policy
12.1 All Deposits are non-refundable. Sales are Final! Changes submitted are not guaranteed.
12.2 Cancellation Fee of 10% of the total price of your reservation applies up to 7 days before arrival date. 7 days or less, cancellation fees up 1 Night stay is applicable.
12.3 Where a booking is non-refundable from the supplier, their policy will supercede Expressionz Travels cancellation policy.
13. Reservation
13. 1 Expressionz Travels accept payments for its reservation via a valid credit card, bank tranfers, cash payments or wire transfers. If the requested hotel on your package cannot be confirmed, a comparable (in price and standard) alternate hotel will be confirmed. At this time, you will be notified via email (on file) and telephone with the alternate hotel details.Where a carnival is listed as part of your package it does not constitute guarantee until the payment is made. All requested changes to reservations are subject to availability. Any changes must be approved in writing. We reserve the right to decline any requests for changes based on feasibility and no refund will be issued.
14. Restriction of Entry
14.1 The responsibility to satisfy entry requirements at the Immigration counter of each country is the responsbility of you the client and SE will not be held liable if you are not able to land. No refunds will be given where these cases occur.
14. 2 Each client has the responsibility to ensure they are fully aware of the visiting country requirement and SE will not be held responsible where there is lack of knowledge.
15. Changes to Reservations
15.1 All requested changes to reservations are subject to availability, and any changes must be approved in writing. Changes are not guaranteed. Replacements are subject to applicable fees. Clients wishing to make a change, please SEND US AN EMAIL at info@expressionztravels.com
16. Release of Liability
16. 1 In consideration of the services and arrangements provided by the Company, you, for yourself and for your heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and agree to indemnify the Company, and its owners, officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, lost profits, consequential, exemplary, indirect or punitive damages or otherwise which may arise out of or occur during your travel and any activities conducted in conjunction therewith. YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RELEASING, DISCHARGING AND WAIVING ANY CLAIMS OR ACTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE PRESENTLY OR IN THE FUTURE FOR THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR CONDUCT OF THE OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS OF THE COMPANY.
17. Passenger Safety
17.1 All passenger safety: Please be aware that during your participation in vacations organized by Sheer Expressionz, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Sheer Expressionz will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered.
