Picked us up on time from our hotel and back. The food at Ocean El Faro was delicious it tasted like Jamaican food, well seasoned and we also had alot of options. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel agency. My hotel booking was cancelled and they failed to inform me, I drove 3+ hours just to be told I can’t check in, stranded on the other end of the island and had no one to speak to during this emergency. This was from OCTOBER and I am yet to receive my refund of over $240,000. Their phone lines don’t work, no physical location, just a bunch of AI messages being sent and no timeframe or substantial information regarding my refund.
