Submit Your Referral

When a traveler is interested in an offer you've shared, complete the Referral Submission Form with their travel details. Our team will contact the traveler, provide a quote, manage the booking process, and deliver ongoing support. You'll earn referral rewards once the traveler completes a qualifying booking. No, the referral ID is intended for use with new clients only. Self-referrals or any bookings for yourself will not be eligible for commission.

You need to provide your banking details for commission payments and complete the Ambassador Consent Form. This ensures you understand and agree to the program's terms and conditions.

To join, simply register on our website. After your registration is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email and a unique Referral ID. Complete the necessary documentation, including providing banking details and the Ambassador Consent Form.

Your Referral ID is used to track the clients you refer. This ID ensures that any bookings made through your referral are credited to you, allowing you to earn commissions.

Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a welcome email containing your unique Referral ID.

You can promote our exclusive travel deals and specials by sharing them with your network and encouraging potential clients to use your unique Referral ID when making bookings. If you are inetersted you will receive a link to join our dedicated whatsapp group where we upload deals weekly to help with your promotion and offers!

Commissions are processed and paid after 30 days or on the 29th of each month, whichever comes first, following the client’s return from their trip. If the 15-day period falls before the 29th, payments will be issued on the 29th.

You can promote any package, hotel, or experience you see on our social media or our website. No special content is required, but always credit Expressionz Travels and use your referral code. Even where a client messages us to complete their booking, encourage them to mention their unique code

You must be 17 years or older to be able to join Expressionz Travels Ambassador program

Every approved ambassador receives a unique referral code or link. When a client books using your code/link, the booking is automatically tracked. We notify you when rewards are earned, and you’ll receive a monthly summary of all referrals and rewards.

As an affiliate, your role is to promote our travel deals and services to your network, using your unique Referral ID. The more referrals that book through you, the more commissions you can earn.

Milestone Rewards: Unlock perks when you reach booking thresholds (e.g., complimentary stays, VIP trips). Booking Value Rewards: Earn cash and Hotel Savings Cards based on the value of each booking you refer. Rewards are cumulative — milestone perks and booking value rewards stack.

If you have been in the programme for over 6 months and inactive, you will be removed. Don't forget that there are rewards to getting bookings!

You are welcome to promote our travel deals and services across any platform, including social media, blogs, websites, and email. However, please ensure all promotions adhere to our guidelines and maintain a positive brand image.

Absolutely! Our program is open to anyone passionate about travel. You can use personal networks, social media, or word-of-mouth to refer clients.

Commissions are processed and paid within 15 days or on the 29th of each month, whichever comes first, following the client’s return from their trip. If the 15-day period falls before the 29th, payments will be issued on the 29th.

Anyone who aligns with our brand and loves travel! This includes: Wedding planners & event coordinators, Lifestyle and travel influencers (online or offline) Tour operators and travel professionals Travel enthusiasts or loyal clients. Termination of Participation forfeits any future commision payments Note: If you are invited to join, there are no special requirements. If you are applying to Join the affiliate programme, we ask that you have at least 1,000 followers on the platform you intend to use for promotion.
