At Expressionz Travels, we aim to make your travel experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. Below are the payment terms and options available for your booking:
1. Initial Deposit (US$25)
To secure your hotel booking, an initial deposit of US$25 is required. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your selected hotel. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the package.
2. Remaining Payment
The remaining balance for your package will be due once your travel package has been completed and you are ready to proceed with the booking. At this stage, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of your total cost and final package, including all components of your trip (flights, hotel, transfers, excursions, etc.).
3. Payment Options
You have flexible options to settle the remaining balance:
Option 1: Dream5 Payment Plan
- Divide your remaining balance into 5 equal monthly installments.
- Payments will be automatically deducted each month, ensuring that your trip is paid for in manageable chunks leading up to your departure.
Option 2: Full Payment Option
- If you prefer to settle your balance upfront, you can choose to pay the full amount at any time before your departure.
Option 3: Payment in Two Instalments
- You may choose to split the remaining balance into 2 equal payments.
- The first payment will be due after package completion and readiness to proceed. The second payment will be due a few weeks before your departure.
4. Hotel-Only Booking Option
If you prefer, you may opt for a hotel-only booking without the full package. In this case, we will provide you with the hotel cost and availability, and you can proceed with payment for the hotel portion alone. Additional tours and services are optional and can be added to your itinerary.
5. Flight Costs & Package Rates
Please note that we do not have control over flight costs, and as such, we cannot guarantee the rate for the entire package until all arrangements are finalized. Flight prices can fluctuate, and any changes will be communicated to you immediately.
6. Optional Tours
Tours and excursions are optional and can be added to your itinerary based on your preferences. These will be clearly outlined in your final package, and you can choose to accept or decline these options at your discretion.
7. Payment Terms
The specific payment terms, including the due date for the remaining balance, will be outlined in your final package quote based on your departure date. All payments must be received according to the terms set forth in your final package to ensure timely processing of your booking.
8. Booking Confirmation
Once your payments have been received and your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a final itinerary, including all travel arrangements and confirmation details. If there are any changes or additional requests, they will be handled promptly.
